It is a full-season service, not a one-day install. You choose the look, and our crew handles every step from the first measurement to the last storage bin. You never climb a ladder, untangle a strand or find room in the garage for boxes.
We keep our residential routes tight on purpose. By working in four neighboring cities, our crews stay close enough to reach a home quickly when a bulb goes out or a storm shifts a strand. That focus is the difference between a display that looks good on install day and one that still looks good on Christmas Eve.

What Is Included and How It Works
Every home gets a custom design. We map the rooflines, ridges, windows, entry, trees and beds you want lit, confirm bulb style and color, and send a written quote. If your neighborhood has an HOA, tell us which one and we check the design and dates against its guidelines.
The lighting is leased, not sold. We supply commercial-grade LED lighting cut to your exact rooflines, so runs end cleanly with no loose tails or mismatched strands. Because it is leased, worn product is replaced rather than patched, and you get even color every year without owning anything.
The design can go well beyond the roofline. Trunk wraps and canopy lighting on mature trees, lit shrubs and beds, walkway stakes, columns and entry garland all add depth. Wreaths, bows, pre-lit trees and oversized ornaments give the house presence in daylight.
Installation day is short. Most homes take two to four hours, and crews use non-damaging clips. You do not need to be home as long as we can reach outdoor outlets and gates. Our installers are trained in ladder and roof safety, and the company carries liability insurance and workers' compensation.
Maintenance during the season is free. If a section goes dark, a clip slips or weather moves something, call 972-620-9560 and a crew is usually out within 24 to 48 hours at no extra charge.
Takedown and storage are included. Removal begins in early January. Everything is labeled to your layout and stored in our climate-controlled facility until next season.
Book early. Our schedule fills from early autumn, and installations begin in early fall. Many homeowners have the lights installed early and leave them off until they are ready to switch them on.
