Décor for Every Kind of Space
Each venue has a different audience, so each one gets its own approach.
01
Office lobbies and atriums
A tree sized to the room, garland on the reception desk and wreaths at the elevator banks. The lobby sets the tone for tenants and visitors, so it gets the most careful design work.
04
Hotels and hospitality
Lobbies that hold up to guests all day and night, with trees, garland and entry décor planned around check-in desks, luggage paths and event spaces.
02
Law firms and professional suites
Restrained, elegant reception areas with a slim tree that leaves a clear path to the desk. Décor that looks polished for clients without crowding conference rooms or lounges.
05
Retail and shopping centers
Windows and entries that pull shoppers in, and outdoor trees on center greens that tie many storefronts together into one holiday destination for shoppers arriving after work.
03
Restaurants and bars
Entries, host stands and dining rooms that feel festive and photograph well, without blocking servers or tables. Installs happen before opening so service runs normally.
06
Town offices and public buildings
Welcoming public counters, entry wreaths and a tree that can anchor a community lighting night. Designs respect public access, accessibility paths and the building rules set by the city.

Sizing a Lobby Tree the Right Way
The most common mistake with a commercial tree is ordering by height alone. A tree has to fit the ceiling with room for a topper, clear sprinkler heads and light fixtures, and leave a safe path around it.
It also has to get in the building. We measure door openings, elevator cabs, service corridors and loading docks before anything is ordered. Taller trees are built in sections on site, and very tall ones may need a lift.
Ceiling height measured with clearance for the topper
Door, elevator and dock dimensions checked
Base footprint planned around walkways
Lift needs identified before install day

From Theme to January Takedown
01
Site visit
We measure lobbies and entries, photograph the spaces, note power and access, and talk through your colors, theme and any building rules.
02
Design and proposal
A written proposal shows each tree, wreath, garland run and planter, with the color palette, so your team or ownership can approve it.
03
After-hours install
Crews install before opening, after close or on weekends, so tenants, diners and guests never walk around ladders and boxes.
04
Mid-season care
If an ornament falls, a bow is knocked loose or a light fails, call our office and we schedule a visit to set it right.
05
Removal and storage
After the holidays we take everything down and store it. Next season's design can repeat this year's look or change it completely.
Business Districts We Decorate
We install décor across Dallas, Collin, Denton and Tarrant counties. These districts are examples of where commercial décor matters most during the season.
Uptown and Downtown Dallas
Office towers along McKinney Avenue and in the Main Street District have busy lobbies, tight loading docks and building engineers who schedule every vendor. After-hours installs and careful elevator planning are standard here, and certificates of insurance are ready before the building asks.
Frisco Station and The Star
Newer offices, hotels and restaurants in Frisco with open atriums and high ceilings. Taller trees and larger wreaths fit these spaces, and sectional trees go up on site. Outdoor plazas nearby suit oversized trees that read from the street and the parking field.
Addison Circle and Belt Line Road
Restaurant-heavy blocks where entries, host stands and patios carry the season. Installs finish before lunch service, and décor is placed so servers and guests move freely. Lit garland and wreaths on patio rails extend the look outdoors for diners on mild evenings.
Legacy West and Granite Park, Plano
Corporate headquarters, hotels and restaurants where lobby trees greet employees and visitors all season. Many buildings pair a lobby tree with wreaths on entry doors and planters along the walk, so the whole arrival sequence feels like one design from curb to elevator.
Las Colinas Urban Center, Irving
Office towers and hotels around Lake Carolyn where lobbies are large and public-facing. Décor here is planned with building management for access, timing and power, often across several lobbies in the same complex so each building feels connected to its neighbors.
Sundance Square, Fort Worth
Downtown Fort Worth's walkable blocks draw holiday crowds on foot, so storefront windows, entries and planters are seen up close. Finish quality matters more than scale, so we pay close attention to ribbon, greenery fullness and how each planter looks from the sidewalk.
Rent the Décor or Buy It?
Most commercial clients lease. The trees, wreaths and garland are commercial grade and fitted to your space, and we store them after the season. You never give up a closet to forty boxes of ornaments or buy a tree that goes out of style.
Leasing also keeps next year flexible. The same product can return with the same look, or the design can change to a new theme or color palette for the following season.
No storage space needed on your property
No tree to haul through the lobby
Same look repeated or refreshed yearly
In-season care handled by our crew

What Affects the Cost of Commercial Décor
We price after a site visit. These are the factors that shape the proposal.
Tree height and fullness
Taller and fuller trees take more product, more ornaments and more labor. Height is the single biggest factor in the cost of a lobby or outdoor tree.
Exterior décor
Outdoor giant trees, entry wreaths and planters need anchoring, weather planning and power. They are scoped separately from interior work and can be added to the same proposal.
Access and lifts
Trees that must travel through narrow doors or small elevators take longer to bring in and assemble. Very tall trees may need a lift on install and removal day.
Theme and custom colors
Standard palettes are simplest. Custom brand colors or a brand-new theme each year can add ornament, ribbon and finish choices to the design and the install time.
Number of spaces
A single lobby and a building with lobbies, elevator banks, suites and entries are different scopes. Each space is listed separately in the proposal, so you can phase them.

Commercial Décor & Tree FAQs
Have a question we didn’t cover? Call 972-620-9560 or request a free quote online.
How tall a tree can our lobby fit?
–
It depends on ceiling height, light fixtures, sprinkler heads and the space you need around the base. We measure the room at the site visit and recommend a height that leaves clearance for the topper and a comfortable walking path. A two-story atrium can hold a far taller tree than a suite reception area.
Can a large tree get through our doors and elevators?
–
Usually, yes. Commercial trees are built in sections, so they travel in manageable pieces and are assembled in place. We measure doors, elevators and service corridors in advance, and if a tree needs a different route, we plan it with your building engineer.
Do you rent commercial Christmas trees, or do we have to buy one?
–
Our trees and décor are leased. We supply, install, maintain, remove and store them. You don't buy a tree, find a place to keep it or pay someone to set it up next year. The design can stay the same or change each season.
Can you decorate our office after business hours?
–
Yes. Most office, restaurant and retail installs happen before opening, after close or on weekends, so employees, guests and customers aren't working around ladders and boxes. We coordinate timing with your property manager or building engineer, including loading-dock and elevator reservations.
Do you design around our brand colors or a seasonal theme?
–
Yes. Ribbon, ornaments and finishes can follow your brand palette or a theme you choose. We review the colors with you during the design stage so the tree, wreaths and garland look like one plan from the front door to the reception desk.
Do you install outdoor giant trees for plazas and shopping centers?
–
Yes. Oversized outdoor trees for plazas, courtyards and center greens are anchored, wired from a planned power source and checked during the season like the rest of the display. They work well as the centerpiece of a lighting event for tenants, shoppers or the wider community.
Are your materials suitable for an occupied commercial building?
–
We ask about your building's fire-safety and access requirements at the site visit and plan the design around them. If your property manager or building engineer has rules for décor in lobbies and common areas, share them early and we'll follow them.
Do you come back mid-season if something needs attention?
–
Yes. In-season maintenance and service calls are included. If an ornament falls, a garland run sags or a light fails, call our office at 972-620-9560 during business hours and we'll schedule a visit, ideally before or after your busiest hours.
Can you handle both exterior lighting and interior décor?
–
Yes. Many clients buy holiday lighting and décor from two different vendors. We handle both, so the trees in your parking field, the wreaths on the entry doors and the tree in your lobby are designed together and installed by one crew.
How far ahead should we book a lobby tree?
–
Late summer or early fall is ideal. Commercial décor needs a site visit, a design and often an approval from a property manager, ownership group or corporate office. Booking early leaves time for approval and gives you your preferred installation dates.
