A Full-Season Program for Fort Worth Properties
Fort Worth is big and varied, so the program stays the same while each design changes.
01
Design for Each Property
A historic brick storefront, a suburban retail center and a stone community entry each get their own plan, drawn after we walk the site and see how people approach it.
04
Coverage Through December
Service calls during the season are part of the program. If wind, a cut cord or a failed section leaves part of the display dark, call the office and a crew returns.
02
Commercial-Grade LED on Lease
We provide the lights and accessories on a lease basis. They are cut to your building, installed for the season and returned to our inventory afterward.
05
Removal in January
Crews take down all lighting and attachments after the holidays and leave rooflines, trees, light poles and signs clear, so the property looks normal again by mid-winter.
03
Lift and High-Access Work
Taller facades, parking structures and big shade trees may need lifts and extra crew. We plan the equipment, access route and staging area during the site visit, not on install day.
06
Stored and Ready
Each property's lighting is labeled and stored after removal, so next year's install begins with product already measured, cut and fitted to your Fort Worth site.

One City, Very Different Settings
Fort Worth stretches across Tarrant County and into neighboring counties, so a single portfolio can include a downtown storefront near Sundance Square, a Near Southside restaurant, a business in the Stockyards National Historic District and a new community entrance far to the north near Alliance.
We design each one for its setting. Historic brick usually suits warm white and greenery. Suburban retail wants bold outlines that read from the parking lot. Community entrances lean on monuments, walls and trees. Every proposal starts with a site walk, not a template.

Our Fort Worth Install Sequence
01
Scope the Portfolio
Tell us how many Fort Worth properties you manage and which ones need lighting. One request can cover every site.
02
Walk Each Site
A designer visits each location to measure, check power, note access and photograph the areas that matter most.
03
Design and Proposal
You receive designs and a written proposal per site or for the whole portfolio, ready for owner approval.
04
Coordinated Install
Installs are scheduled site by site around tenant hours, deliveries and parking-lot traffic, so daily operations are not interrupted.
05
Maintain, Remove, Store
We cover service calls through the season, remove everything after the holidays and store each site's lighting separately for next year.
Fort Worth Areas We Light
A sample of the Fort Worth settings we design for. Each has its own audience and its own approach.
Downtown and Sundance Square
Downtown storefronts and office entries are seen by pedestrians up close, often for minutes at a time. We favor tidy outlines, wreaths and greenery at doors, and lit street-facing trees that add to the area's evening atmosphere rather than shouting over it.
Alliance Area
Offices, logistics campuses and new communities in north Fort Worth want clean, professional entries. We light approach trees, monuments and building entrances, so employees and guests see a finished, seasonal welcome as they pull in each morning and leave each evening.
I-20 and Loop 820 Dealer Corridors
Dealerships along the city's freeway corridors compete for drivers' attention during year-end sales. Wrapped light poles, showroom rooflines and lit pylon signs help a lot stand out from the next one down the frontage road. We plan around inventory placement.
The Stockyards
Buildings in the National Historic District carry a distinct western character that visitors come to see. Warm white and natural greenery respect that character, keep the brick and timber in view, and still mark the season clearly for holiday crowds.
Walsh, Tavolo Park, Chisholm Trail Ranch
Master-planned communities with stone monuments, amenity centers and boulevard medians. Associations contract for common areas, and we design one consistent look across every entrance so the whole community feels connected during the season, whether residents use the north gate or the south one.
City and Civic Property
Municipal buildings and public spaces can be lit around event calendars and tree-lighting dates. We provide insurance certificates, coordinate access with city staff, and schedule removals to suit the city's own timeline after the season. Public safety around crews comes first.
Built for Managers with Several Properties
If you manage multiple Fort Worth sites, juggling separate vendors and invoices wastes time. We can cover a whole portfolio with one proposal, one point of contact and one invoice, while each property still gets its own design.
Our parent company, Carruthers Landscape Management, has worked with Dallas-area commercial properties since 1978. We understand access windows, tenant notices and the paperwork managers need, including certificates of insurance naming the owner and the management company.
One invoice for many sites
Separate design per property

Install dates staggered by site
One contact for the season

What Drives Fort Worth Pricing
Your quote follows the site visit; these factors matter most.
Scale of the Facade
Linear feet of roofline, parapet and storefront lit is the main driver. Large retail centers and multi-building campuses need more product and labor than a single storefront.
Number of Sites
Combining several Fort Worth properties in one program simplifies scheduling and billing, and it lets crews work through a route instead of making one-off trips.
Lifts and Equipment
Tall buildings, parking garages and large trees often require lifts and more crew time. Ground-level work on single-story buildings costs less and goes up faster.
Décor Additions
Wreaths, garland, lit entry pieces and lobby trees add polish and add to the total. We can show the plan at several levels so owners can choose what fits the budget.
Trees and Light Poles
Each wrapped tree, parking-island tree or dealership light pole adds product and install time. Canopy wraps on big live oaks cost more than simple trunk wraps.

Fort Worth Commercial Lighting FAQ
Have a question we didn’t cover? Call 972-620-9560 or request a free quote online.
Do you serve Fort Worth homes?
–
No. In Fort Worth we light commercial properties, HOA and master-planned community common areas, car dealerships and municipal sites. Residential Christmas lighting is offered only in Plano, Frisco, Allen and Richardson, so Fort Worth residents should ask their HOA about common-area lighting.
Can one contract cover several Fort Worth properties?
–
Yes. Property managers can bundle multiple sites into one program with one proposal and one invoice. Each property still receives its own design based on a site visit, and install dates are staggered so every site is ready on time.
Do you light tall buildings or parking garages?
–
Yes, when the site allows safe access. We assess height, access and equipment needs during the site visit, plan lifts where they are required, and schedule the work at times when parking areas and entrances are quiet, such as early mornings.
Can you wrap all the light poles on a dealership lot?
–
Yes. Light pole wraps are a common dealership request, along with showroom rooflines, sign accents and entry trees. We schedule installs so the display is up before your year-end sales events and work around inventory on the lot without moving cars unnecessarily.
Can you install after hours?
–
Where the property allows, yes. We schedule around store hours, tenant traffic and deliveries so the work does not get in the way of customers or staff. Tell us your quiet hours during the site visit and we plan the crew around them.
Do you light community entrances in Walsh or Tavolo Park?
–
We light association common areas in master-planned communities across Fort Worth, including monuments, medians, amenity centers and entry trees. Contact us with your community name and the number of entrances to set up a site visit with your board or manager.
Do we lease or buy the lighting?
–
Our holiday lighting is leased. We supply the product, install and maintain it, remove it after the season and store it, so you never deal with buying, testing or storing lights. The design and fit carry over from year to year.
Will you send a certificate of insurance?
–
Yes. We carry liability insurance and workers' compensation and can issue certificates naming your company, the property owner or the management firm before work starts. Send us the exact names and addresses you need listed, and we handle the rest.
What if part of the display stops working?
–
Call our office during business hours, Monday through Friday. Service calls through the season are included in the program, and we send a crew to find the problem and repair the section as quickly as the schedule allows. We keep you posted on timing.
How far ahead should we book?
–
Plan to start in late summer or early fall. Large or multi-site projects need time for site visits, owner approvals and scheduling before the November install window fills, and earlier bookings get more choice of dates. A spring or summer call is never too early.
