Car Dealership Christmas Lighting in Fort Worth, TX

Fort Worth does not have one dealer row. It has several, miles apart, and each one faces a different kind of road. Franchised stores cluster on West Loop 820 South and Camp Bowie West Boulevard on the west side, on Bryant Irvin Road in the southwest, and on the North Freeway near Alliance at the far north end of the city. A few more stand alone.

Christmas Decor by Carruthers Decorative Lighting serves dealerships in all of these areas. The service is the same everywhere: a site walk, a written proposal with a design map, leased commercial-grade LED lighting cut to the building, installation, maintenance during the season, removal and storage.

What changes is the design. A store on a loop freeway, a store on a divided boulevard and a store on a retail arterial are each seen from a different distance and at a different speed, and this page explains how we handle each one.

Four Fort Worth Dealer Clusters and How Each One Is Lit

West Loop 820 South is the largest cluster. In the 3100 to 3500 blocks, near the Camp Bowie West Boulevard exit south of Interstate 30, are Honda, Subaru, Acura, Buick GMC and Cadillac stores, and a Ford store is farther north on the same loop. The stores face a freeway frontage, so the roofline, the fascia and the entry portal are the pieces that register from the main lanes. We keep those runs continuous and end them where the building ends.

Camp Bowie West Boulevard is read at street level. Toyota, Chevrolet and a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram store have addresses there, a short distance from the loop. Drivers on a boulevard pass closer to the lot, which makes frontage trees, pole-mounted decor on the light poles and a decorated customer entrance more useful than they would be on the freeway side.

Bryant Irvin Road is a luxury row. Lexus, Infiniti and Mercedes-Benz stores are within a few blocks of one another in southwest Fort Worth. Displays for stores like these are usually restrained: a precise building outline, lit trees and entry wreaths or garland, with nothing placed near brand elements. Manufacturer image programs are reviewed at the site walk before the design map is drawn.

The North Freeway stores face Interstate 35W. Hyundai, Kia and a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram store sit in the 11000 block near Alliance. Where a lot has few mature trees, pole-mounted decor on the light poles and the building outline carry most of the display.

Showrooms are part of the scope in every cluster. We install pre-lit trees, wreaths, garland, oversized ornaments and bows in showrooms and customer lounges, and Twinkly Pro app-controlled lighting is available for stores that want to change colors for a year-end sales event.

Crews plan around each store's hours. Installation happens in the early morning or on slower weekdays, with service lanes and vehicle paths kept clear. Maintenance during the season is included and is usually completed within 24 to 48 hours of a call. Removal begins in early January.

Fort Worth Dealership Holiday Lighting FAQs

Our group has stores on West Loop 820 and near Alliance. Can you cover both ends of Fort Worth?

Yes. We serve dealerships across Dallas-Fort Worth, including both the west side and the far north of Fort Worth. Each store is walked separately and receives its own written proposal and design map, and a group can ask for the same lighting color and entry decor at every location.

Will holiday lighting conflict with our brand's facility standards?

It should not, because the standards are reviewed first. Manufacturer image programs govern what can go on the building, and we plan around them at the site walk. Lighting is kept clear of signage and brand elements. The written proposal and design map can be forwarded to your brand representative if approval is needed.

Our lot on the North Freeway has almost no trees. What can be lit?

The building and the light poles. A full roofline and fascia outline, a lit entry canopy or portal and pole-mounted decor across the lot make a complete display without trees. Oversized ornaments, wreaths and garland at the customer entrance add detail up close.

When should a Fort Worth dealership schedule its site walk?

Late summer or early fall. That leaves time for the proposal, any ownership or manufacturer approval and an installation date ahead of year-end sales events. Groups with several Fort Worth stores should allow more time, since each location needs its own walk and design map.
