Holiday décor for a big-city portfolio

Fort Worth departments can order a single site or a coordinated set across districts.

01

Branch libraries and rec centers

A large city has many neighborhood facilities. We can decorate one branch library or a full set of recreation centers to the same standard, with a single schedule and one service line.

04

Main street garland

Garland on storefront blocks, rails and civic entries ties a downtown together. We use commercial-grade product that holds its shape in North Texas wind and still looks full in late December.

02

Entries, medians and signs

City entry signs, medians and roundabouts set the first impression for drivers. Lighting and garland at those points tell people they have arrived somewhere that celebrates the season.

05

Civic building outlines

Roofline and facade lighting turns public buildings into nighttime landmarks. Every run is measured and fit to the building, then removed cleanly in the new year.

03

District corridors

Street décor can focus on a defined corridor in one district, with pole swags and wreaths on the blocks where people walk, dine and shop most during December.

06

Wreaths for civic entries

Oversized wreaths over doors and on facades frame the entries people use most. They work on historic brick and on newer glass fronts alike, lit or unlit as power allows.

Scaled to a city the size of Fort Worth

Fort Worth departments do not all buy décor the same way. One might want a single plaza tree; another manages dozens of facilities.

We adapt to both. For a small scope, we design, quote and install fast. For a multi-site program, we group locations by area, set a crew calendar that works through them in order and keep one point of contact for service calls. Every site shares a consistent palette, so residents in any part of the city see a recognizable Fort Worth look.

  • Single-site or multi-site scopes

  • Sites grouped by area for efficient installs

  • One palette across every location

  • One contact for all service calls

  • Separate quotes by department if needed

Our Fort Worth season, step by step

01

Start on site

The first meeting happens outdoors. We look at buildings, poles and parks with your team and learn the dates your city cares about.

02

Plan in writing

We put the full scope on paper: locations, décor, schedule and service, ready for a manager, committee or council to review.

03

Install on schedule

Crews install in the agreed window, working around traffic, markets and city events, and finish before your tree lighting.

04

Season service

Maintenance is included in the program. Report an issue to our office and we schedule a fix quickly, with updates to staff.

05

Takedown and storage

In the new year we remove the display, leave sites clean and keep the product in our storage until next fall.

Fort Worth districts with holiday character

Fort Worth's districts each have their own feel. These are the kinds of places where city and partner décor makes the biggest difference.

Downtown and Sundance Square

Downtown hosts the city's well-known holiday gatherings, including the tree lighting at Sundance Square. Civic buildings and public spaces nearby can carry a coordinated look so the core feels complete from block to block. We schedule nearby work well before those events so crews are gone when crowds arrive.

Fort Worth Water Gardens

The Water Gardens are a striking public space near the convention center. Lighting around entries and nearby trees can give visitors a holiday welcome without interfering with the concrete terraces themselves. We would review power, foot traffic and access with staff before proposing anything near the water.

Near Southside and Magnolia Avenue

Magnolia Avenue's restaurants and shops create a walkable holiday district. Pole décor on public segments and storefront décor booked by businesses can make the street feel unified during the season. Restaurants and shops there often want their décor finished before the first holiday weekend, so we plan early.

Main Street toward the courthouse

Main Street ends at the historic Tarrant County Courthouse, one of the region's most photographed buildings. Pole décor and garland on public frontage along the route frame that view for walkers and drivers. Garland on public railings and entries adds detail at eye level for people on foot.

Stockyards

The Stockyards draw visitors from around the world. Restaurants, shops and offices there can book our commercial holiday service so their storefronts complement any public décor in the district. Coordinating colors with any city décor nearby helps the district look intentional rather than piecemeal to visitors.

Built for city procurement

Large cities buy through formal processes, and we fit into them. We respond to RFPs and bids item by item, provide written quotes for smaller departmental scopes and send certificates of insurance covering liability and workers' compensation.

We also plan around the city's calendar. Parades, tree lightings, markets and downtown events are mapped before crews are scheduled, and busy areas are worked during quieter hours. If a department has street-use rules, staff share them and our crews follow them.

  • Item-by-item RFP and bid responses

  • Departmental quotes for smaller scopes

  • Certificates of insurance per department

  • Crew calendar mapped to city events

  • Quiet-hour work in busy districts

What drives a Fort Worth budget

On a multi-site program, scope and logistics matter as much as product.

Interior scope

Lobby trees, wreaths and garland for town offices and libraries are priced separately from outdoor work, so you can add or drop interiors easily from year to year.

Season length and service

Displays that go up early or stay up late cover more weeks of maintenance and service calls, which is part of the program cost and worth weighing early.

Power access

Lighted décor needs nearby power. Sites with receptacles in place are simpler; sites without them may lean on unlit garland, wreaths and planters instead of lighted pieces.

Tree size and count

Wrapping a few small park trees is quick. Lighting large canopy trees or a tall city tree takes more product, more lift time and more care.

Site spread across the city

Locations spread across districts take more crew travel and scheduling than clustered sites. Grouping sites by area keeps install days efficient and costs easier to control.

Fort Worth municipal décor FAQs

Have a question we didn’t cover? Call 972-620-9560 or request a free quote online.

Can you handle a single branch library rather than a citywide program?

–

Yes. Many departments start with one facility. We walk the site, design the décor and send a written quote for that location alone. If other departments want to match it later, the design is already set. Small scopes are often the easiest way for a department to try the service.

What happens if part of the display goes dark?

–

In-season maintenance and service calls are part of the program. Call our office or email us, and we schedule a crew to fix the problem. Downtown corridors and city hall entries are high-visibility sites, so we treat outages there with care and keep you posted on timing.

Can you finish before our tree-lighting ceremony?

–

That date is the anchor of our schedule. Once we know when your ceremony or holiday event takes place, we set the install window to finish before it, with time left for a walkthrough so staff can confirm every piece is lit and in place.

Do you decorate around Sundance Square events?

–

We schedule installs around major downtown events so crews are never working during a crowd. We do not run those events, but we plan our work on nearby public property to be finished well before them. Takedown in the area also waits until those events are over.

What does the city need to provide?

–

Mostly access and information: a staff contact, the sites you want decorated, any event dates, street-use rules and where power is available. We handle the design, product, installation, maintenance, removal and storage. Most cities appreciate how little staff time the program takes.

Can different city departments buy separately?

–

Yes. Parks, libraries and facilities can each have their own scope, quote and certificate of insurance while still sharing one design. That lets each department use its own budget without losing a consistent citywide look. We keep the records separate for each department as well.

Can you respond to our RFP or formal bid?

–

Yes. Send the solicitation and we will answer each item it asks for, from scope and schedule to insurance. If a requirement falls outside what we offer, we say so plainly in the response instead of guessing. Our office is open weekdays from 8am to 5pm for questions during the bid window.

Do our light poles need power for lighted décor?

–

Lighted pole wreaths and swags need a power source nearby. Many downtown poles already have receptacles; others do not. We note the power at each pole on the site walk, then design lighted pieces where power exists and unlit garland or wreaths where it does not.

How far are you from Fort Worth?

–

Our office is on Goodnight Lane in Dallas, and our crews work across the Metroplex, including Tarrant County. Call 972-620-9560, Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, to schedule a site walk. We group Tarrant County sites on the same install days to keep crews efficient.
