From Light Poles to Lobbies
Here is what a Dallas program can include from the street to the front desk.
01
The Civic Christmas Tree
The city tree is often the center of the whole season. We light living trees on lawns or feature trees in plazas, with power runs and testing finished well before the lighting ceremony.
04
Restaurant Fronts and Patios
Restaurants want guests to see the season from the street and feel it at the table. Entry garland, window décor and patio lighting help a dining row match the public display nearby.
02
Plazas and Pavilions
Plazas, amphitheaters and pavilions host crowds in December. We light them to feel festive while staying safe, with cords routed away from foot traffic and fixtures kept clear of event setups.
05
Retail Storefronts
Retail shops do better when the whole block looks festive. Storefront garland, wreaths and window décor let shops on main streets match the city design and invite holiday shoppers inside.
03
Law Firm Interiors
Law firms and professional offices near city hall usually want a polished, restrained look. Lobby trees, wreaths and garland suit reception areas and conference rooms without feeling loud or busy.
06
Railings and Footbridges
Railings along walkways, footbridges and building steps take garland well. Lighted garland there guides people through a park or plaza after dark and adds detail right at hand level.

Built for How Dallas Buys
Public projects run on paperwork, and we make that part easy. If your purchasing rules call for a simple quote, we send a written proposal with every site and piece listed. If the project goes out for bid, we answer the RFP as written and return it on time.
Certificates of insurance go straight to the office that needs them. Our crews carry liability and workers' compensation coverage, and we confirm your requirements before anyone works on city property.

What Happens After You Call
01
Map the scope
Our team visits every location you name and records heights, power, lift access and sight lines, so nothing in the proposal is guessed later.
02
Put it in writing
We return a layout and a line-item scope that staff can share with a city manager, council or committee before anything is approved.
03
Plan around events
We lock in dates that avoid other city events on the same streets and keep plazas and sidewalks usable while the crew sets up.
04
Install and test
Our insured crew installs custom-fit LED product and décor, then tests every run so the display is ready well before opening night.
05
Keep it running
In-season maintenance covers dark sections and weather damage. After the holidays we take it all down, clean up and store it.
Dallas Public Spaces at Holiday Scale
Dallas covers a lot of ground, and civic décor has to work at many scales, from a downtown plaza to a neighborhood library branch.
City Hall Plaza
The broad plaza in front of Dallas City Hall needs décor with presence. Large trees, lighted features and coordinated entry décor read across the open space and suit the public events held there through December. Lift access and staging are planned with facility staff.
Library Branches and Rec Centers
Dallas has many neighborhood library branches and recreation centers. Entry wreaths, a lighted tree and roofline outlines bring the season into each neighborhood without a large build at every site. A repeatable package keeps quotes simple and lets a department add sites in later years without redesigning.
Close to Our Office
Our office on Goodnight Lane in northwest Dallas keeps crews close to downtown and most city facilities. That helps with tight install windows, early-morning starts and quick in-season service calls. It also makes January takedown faster when several city sites need clearing in the same week.
Main Street Garden
This downtown park sits among office towers and apartments. Tree wraps, lighted garland and pieces placed for nighttime foot traffic make it a holiday stop for downtown workers and residents alike. Work is scheduled around park programming and the early-morning hours when foot traffic is lightest.
Downtown, Deep Ellum and Bishop Arts
Law firms, restaurants and retail in downtown, Deep Ellum and the Bishop Arts District can book matching décor, so storefronts complement nearby public displays rather than clash with them. Each owner books separately with their own design walk and quote, and we can match greenery, ribbon and light color on request.
Leasing Means Less Work for Staff
Owning holiday décor sounds simple until someone has to test strings, repair wreaths and find warehouse space. Our program in Dallas is leased: commercial-grade LED product, garland and wreaths custom-fit to your sites, then installed and stored by us.
City staff stay focused on the event. When a section fails, a service call brings our crew back. When the season ends, everything comes down and goes into our storage until next year.
No inventory to buy or repair
No warehouse space needed
Product custom-fit to your sites
Service calls during the season
Removal and storage handled for you

Budget Planning for Dallas
Use these factors to shape a request that fits the funds you have.
Number of Poles
Pole count drives a large share of any street plan. Fifty poles of swags and wreaths along a main street is a very different scope from a dozen poles at a civic entry.
Traffic and Foot Traffic
Busy sidewalks, school zones and through-streets may need extra crew, cones or off-peak work windows, and that extra care is reflected in the labor estimate.
Tree Size and Count
Trees vary widely. A young lawn tree needs a short wrap, while a mature canopy tree takes much more product, more time on a lift and more crew hours to light well.
Custom Pieces
Brand colors, custom ribbon or décor sized for unusual poles and entries take additional design, sourcing and on-site fitting time compared with standard commercial pieces.
Interior Scope
Interior décor is its own line item: lobby trees, wreaths, garland and planters for each building. Larger rooms and multiple floors mean more pieces and more install time.

Questions From City Staff
Have a question we didn’t cover? Call 972-620-9560 or request a free quote online.
Can you respond to a formal RFP or bid package?
–
Yes. Send the solicitation and we will answer the scope as written, with a site-specific design, the lighting and décor we propose, an install and removal schedule and our insurance details. If the package allows alternates, we may suggest one, clearly marked, so your team can compare options side by side.
How do you handle work on public streets?
–
Pole and roofline work often needs lifts parked at the curb. We tell your staff where and when equipment will be, follow the city's requirements for that work, keep walkways open for pedestrians and clean up each day. Your team decides which approvals the work needs, and we schedule around them.
Will garland and wreaths fit our existing light poles?
–
We look at your poles during the site walk, including height, diameter, banner arms and where power is available. Swags, wreaths and garland are then sized for those poles rather than pulled from aone-size catalog, so the pieces sit properly and stay put through wind and rain.
Do lighted pole decorations need power at the pole?
–
Lighted pieces need a power source nearby. Some streets already have receptacles on their poles and others do not. We note what is available during the site walk and design around it, which can mean unlit wreaths or garland on some poles and lighted pieces only where power exists.
How is the cost of a municipal display set?
–
Cost depends on scope rather than a flat rate. The number of poles and trees, the length of rooflines, how high the crew has to work, power access, how many sites are involved and any interior décor all shape the proposal. A site walk lets us price your actual plan instead of a guess.
What kind of lighting do you use?
–
Commercial-grade LED product, chosen for brightness, consistent color and much lower energy use than older incandescent strings. Garland, wreaths and swags are commercial pieces built for outdoor seasons, and everything is custom-fit to the property rather than simply draped on.
Can the display match our city colors or a theme?
–
Yes. Many towns want décor that reflects their brand colors, a historic downtown or a signature event. We design around that direction, from the ribbon on wreaths to the color of the lights, and keep it consistent across every site in the program.
What does a site walk cover?
–
We look at every location in the scope: poles, trees, rooflines, entries and interiors. We note heights, power, lift access and how people move through each space at night. That walk becomes the basis for the design and the written proposal your staff reviews.
Do you remove the clips and hardware too?
–
Yes. Removal includes the lighting, garland, wreaths, swags and the hardware used to hang them. The crew checks each site before leaving so poles, trees and rooflines are clean for the rest of the year and nothing is left for city staff to pull down.
