Décor Packages for Dallas Commercial Properties

Dallas buildings range from two-story marble lobbies downtown to boutique offices off Northwest Highway, and each needs a different scope.

01

Tower Lobby Trees

Tall lobbies need a tree that holds the room. We size it to the ceiling and confirm it can travel through the service entrance and freight elevator, or assemble it in place.

04

Hotel Porte-Cochères

Guests judge a hotel from the drive. Oversized wreaths, lit garland on columns and planters at the arrival court set the tone before the lobby tree does.

02

Law Firm Reception

Client-facing reception areas get restrained, polished décor in the firm's colors: a tree that fits the space, desk garland and a wreath on the suite door, with the lounge left open.

05

Retail and Dining Streets

Storefronts and restaurants in Dallas's walkable districts take door wreaths, window garland and sidewalk planters that look right to people walking past at night and on weekends.

03

Concierge and Elevator Banks

Garland on the concierge desk, wreaths between elevator banks and planters by the revolving doors extend the lobby tree's design to every spot tenants pass each morning.

06

Office-Showroom Buildings

Design District showrooms and office-showroom buildings near Stemmons Freeway usually want a reception tree, entry wreaths and a few planters, installed after hours so displays stay undisturbed.

Getting a Big Tree Into a Downtown Tower

Downtown Dallas lobbies are tall, but their loading docks and freight elevators are not. A tree that looks right under a 30-foot ceiling still has to come through a service corridor and fit the elevator cab. We measure every step of that route before we propose a size.

Larger trees arrive in sections and are assembled in the lobby, usually overnight or on a weekend. We book dock time through the building, follow its security and escort rules, and leave the lobby clean and open by morning.

  • Ceiling, doorway and elevator measurements first

  • Sectional trees assembled in place

  • Dock reservations booked through management

  • Overnight or weekend installation

  • Lobby cleared before tenants arrive

From Walkthrough to Storage in Dallas

01

Building Survey

We walk the lobby, suites and entries with your property manager, noting ceiling heights, power, dock rules and security procedures.

02

Design Approval

A written design and proposal goes to the manager, ownership group or firm administrator. Changes are made before anything is ordered or fitted.

03

Quiet-Hours Install

Most Dallas office installs happen after business hours or on weekends. Restaurants are scheduled before service, and retail before opening.

04

Mid-Season Care

Maintenance and service calls are part of the contract. Our office is in northwest Dallas, so service visits are easy to fit into your building's schedule.

05

Takedown and Storage

After the holidays the décor is removed, labeled to your building and stored until the next season, ready to repeat or refresh.

Dallas Districts We Decorate

We work across Dallas, from downtown towers to neighborhood retail streets. These districts are examples of our service area, not a client list. Any commercial property or association in the city can request a proposal.

Downtown and the Arts District

Office towers, hotels and converted historic buildings along Main Street and in the Arts District often have two-story lobbies and tight docks. Tall sectional trees, elevator-bank garland and entry wreaths fit these buildings when the logistics are planned well ahead of time.

Victory Park

The district around the American Airlines Center draws event crowds all season. Restaurants, hotels and office lobbies need décor that is finished before doors open and durable enough for crowds on game nights, concert nights and busy holiday party weekends.

Preston Center

Boutique office buildings, professional firms, restaurants and shops sit around Northwest Highway and Preston Road. Law and financial firms here tend to prefer restrained reception décor over a large display, with wreaths and planters for the shops and restaurants nearby.

Uptown and McKinney Avenue

Offices, hotels, restaurants and apartments line McKinney Avenue and surround Klyde Warren Park. Décor here works in the lobby and at street level, where restaurant entries, patio planters and hotel arrival courts are seen by steady evening foot traffic all season.

Galleria and LBJ

Office towers, hotels and retail cluster around Galleria Dallas at the Dallas North Tollway and I-635. Office lobbies usually want an elegant tree, concierge garland and entry wreaths, while hotels add décor for ballrooms and event rooms during the busy party season.

Design District and Stemmons

Near our Goodnight Lane office, the Design District's showrooms and the office and medical buildings along Stemmons Freeway usually take a reception tree, entry wreaths and garland at the front desk, installed after hours so showroom floors stay ready for clients.

Reception Décor for Dallas Law Firms and Professional Offices

A law firm reception area is a working room. Clients wait there, deliveries arrive and associates walk guests to conference rooms. Holiday décor should make the space warmer without narrowing the path or competing with the firm's own art and finishes.

We design to the firm's colors and keep floor space open. A slim tree beside the reception desk, garland along the desk front, a wreath on the suite entry and a few accents in the main conference room usually cover it, installed after hours.

  • Slim trees that keep walkways open

  • Palette matched to firm colors

  • Garland on reception desk fronts

  • Wreaths on suite entry doors

  • Conference room accents on request

What Drives Commercial Décor Pricing in Dallas

Your proposal reflects the building, the scope and the timing, and these factors carry the most weight.

Ceiling Height

Tree height sets the amount of product, the crew size and whether a lift or in-place assembly is needed. Two-story lobbies take more to dress than a suite reception area.

Theme and Palette

Classic red and green themes are simplest. Custom brand colors, unusual ribbon or a themed design take more planning and fitting before the install day in November.

Building Logistics

Dock reservations, freight elevator limits, security escorts and the distance from the dock to the lobby all add labor. We document each one on the walkthrough.

Install Window

Overnight and weekend installs are common downtown. Tight windows, or a deadline tied to a holiday event, can mean a larger crew on the night of the install.

Floors and Suites

Décor on several floors, multiple tenant suites or elevator lobbies adds product and install time compared with a single ground-floor lobby, even when the design repeats.

Exterior Lighting

Adding commercial Christmas lighting, outdoor trees or lit entry wreaths brings the outside into the same design, under one contract and one service number for the season.

Dallas Commercial Holiday Décor FAQs

Have a question we didn’t cover? Call 972-620-9560 or request a free quote online.

Can you get a large tree into a downtown Dallas lobby?

–

Usually, yes. We measure the lobby, service entrance, loading dock and freight elevator before proposing a size, and larger trees arrive in sections for assembly in place. We book dock time through the building and follow its security and escort rules.

Do you decorate law firm reception areas?

–

Yes. We design reception trees, desk garland, suite wreaths and conference room accents in the firm's colors. Installation happens after hours, and the client lounge and the path to conference rooms stay clear all season, so the room keeps working as a reception area.

Do you install Christmas lights or décor on homes in Dallas?

–

No. Within the city of Dallas we serve commercial properties, public buildings and HOA common areas only. Our residential Christmas lighting service covers Plano, Frisco, Allen and Richardson. Any Dallas business or association can request a commercial proposal for décor or lighting.

Where is your office?

–

Our office is at 11593 Goodnight Lane in northwest Dallas, open Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Most Dallas districts are a short drive away, which makes walkthroughs, installs and in-season service visits easier to fit into a building's schedule.

Who looks after the décor during the season?

–

We do. In-season maintenance and service calls are included in the contract. If a strand on the tree goes dark, a wreath is knocked loose or a planter needs attention, call 972-620-9560 and we schedule a visit around your building's rules.

Can one contract cover several Dallas buildings?

–

Yes. Owners and managers with more than one property can put them on one contract with one design language, then scale it to each lobby. Each building gets its own install time and its own labeled décor in storage. Locations elsewhere in Dallas-Fort Worth can be included.

Do you follow our building's fire and safety rules?

–

Yes. Many Dallas towers and hotels set rules for what can stand near exits, sprinkler heads and fire equipment. We go over them with the building engineer or property manager before placement is final, and the design keeps egress routes and safety equipment open.

Do you serve hotels and restaurants in Uptown and Victory Park?

–

Yes. Hotels get lobby trees, porte-cochère wreaths and event-space décor. Restaurants get entry, host-stand, window and patio décor, installed before service. Both are maintained through the season so they look finished for every evening crowd, dinner rush and holiday party.

When should a Dallas office book holiday décor?

–

Late summer or early fall. A walkthrough, design and approval from a property manager, ownership group or corporate office all take time, and installation dates fill as November approaches. Early requests get first choice of weekend and overnight install slots.
