Commercial Christmas Lighting in Addison, TX
Carruthers Decorative Lighting designs, installs, maintains and removes Christmas lighting in Addison for offices, restaurants, hotels, retail centers, association common areas and municipal sites. Individual homes are not part of our Addison service.
Addison is a small Dallas County town with an outsized business day. About 16,000 people live here, yet the daytime population has been estimated at more than 120,000, and the town counts nearly 200 restaurants and 22 hotels. Belt Line Road and the Dallas North Tollway carry most of that traffic. Holiday lighting in Addison is therefore seen by diners, hotel guests and office tenants every evening of the season. Storefronts, patios, hotel entries and office lobbies do most of the work, so designs lean toward rooflines, tree wraps, wreaths and garland at the points where people arrive.
Where Addison properties put holiday lighting to work
Addison's commercial activity gathers in a few walkable districts. Addison Circle and Vitruvian Park mix apartments, shops and parkland, Village on the Parkway is a retail and dining center, and Belt Line Road carries the long restaurant row. For these properties we light building outlines, entry canopies, courtyard trees and patio edges. Commercial Christmas trees, oversized ornaments, wreaths and garlands give a plaza a focal point.
Owner associations in Addison mostly manage townhome, condo and patio-home communities. Places such as Addison Circle, Midway Meadows, Oaks North, Bellbrook Estates and Addison Place have shared entrances, signs or amenity buildings that a board can light as common property. We handle those shared areas only, never individual residences.
The process is the same for a property manager, a board or a restaurant owner. We walk the site, then send a written proposal with a design map showing where each run of lighting goes. The commercial-grade LED lighting is leased and custom-cut to your building. We can provide a certificate of insurance covering liability and workers' compensation, and we schedule installation around your business hours. In season, service calls are usually handled within 24 to 48 hours. Removal begins in early January, and the lighting goes into climate-controlled storage.
Timing in Addison follows the town calendar. The Vitruvian Lights Tree Lighting at Vitruvian Park opens the season in late November, so properties that want to be lit alongside it should ask for a proposal well before then. Call 972-620-9560 or use the online quote form.

Addison Christmas Lighting FAQs
Do you install Christmas lights on homes in Addison?
No. In Addison we work only with commercial properties, HOA and condo association common areas, and municipal sites. We install Christmas lighting on individual homes in Plano, Frisco, Allen and Richardson. An Addison association can still hire us for its shared entrances, signs and clubhouse.
Can you install lighting at an Addison restaurant or hotel without disrupting service?
Yes. We schedule installation around your business hours, so crews can work before opening or during slow periods instead of dinner service or check-in. The same applies to in-season repairs, which are usually handled within 24 to 48 hours of your call, and to removal beginning in early January.
Do you provide a certificate of insurance for Addison office buildings?
Yes. Carruthers Decorative Lighting carries liability insurance and workers' compensation, and we can provide a certificate of insurance for your property manager or building owner. Ask for it when you request your proposal so it arrives with the design map and is on file before installation is scheduled.
