Your Justin Lighting Season, Covered

Justin homeowners get the full cycle of our residential Christmas light installation, not a hang-and-go visit.

01

Design for new and old

A modern farmhouse in Treeline and a ranch house on acreage need very different plans, and we draw each one from scratch.

04

Repairs all season

If wind across open land knocks a section loose, one call schedules a repair visit.

02

Leased commercial LEDs

Lights are cut to your rooflines and leased for the season, so you own no strands and replace none.

05

Removal

After the holidays we take the display down completely, gate and drive pieces included.

03

Installation

Insured crews hang and test the lights, clipping them to gutters and shingle edges.

06

Labeled storage

Your lights are stored with us by house section until the next season starts.

Craftsman, Farmhouse and Hill Country Facades

Justin counted about 4,400 residents in the 2020 census and an estimated 7,300 by 2025, and most of that growth is in new communities. Treeline, Hillwood's 800-acre community, offers homes in Craftsman, Modern Farmhouse, Hill Country, Contemporary European and Transitional Modern styles on 40- to 50-foot lots. Those facades bring steep front gables, stone and brick accents and covered porches, and the strongest designs follow the gables and porch lines rather than every edge.

Narrow lots put neighbors close, so we keep runs tight to your roof and focus on the front elevation. In Reatta Ridge, where some houses date to the early 2000s, brick homes with traditional rooflines suit a peak outline and a lit garage edge, and their more mature yard trees can take a wrap.

  • Front gables traced on farmhouse and Craftsman homes

  • Porch posts and beams wrapped in warm white

  • Stone accents framed rather than covered

  • Runs kept tight on 40- to 50-foot lots

  • Garage edge lit to anchor the design

Justin Communities We Light

We serve homes inside Justin and the Justin-address communities around it. Homeowners in neighboring Argyle and Keller, a short drive south can book with the same crews.

Treeline

Over 800 acres with plans for about 2,700 homes, built around treelines of mature oaks and Trail Creek. Newer homes take crisp gable outlines, and the preserved oaks near some lots are natural candidates for trunk wraps.

Reatta Ridge

One of the more established neighborhoods with Justin addresses, served by Northwest ISD, with some homes from the early 2000s. Mature yard trees here can carry wraps, and front rooflines take one clean outline.

Old-town Justin

Older houses near City Hall and FM 156 sit on established lots close to the street. Porches and simple rooflines suit warm white outlines in keeping with the small-town setting.

Timberbrook

A master-planned community with a pool, green spaces and playgrounds, mixing resale homes with newer construction. Two-story brick fronts suit peak outlines and wrapped front trees, and lit shrubs along the foundation help the house read as a whole from the sidewalk.

Wildflower Ranch

A large newer community with Justin addresses and homes from builders such as Highland Homes and Bloomfield Homes, some on 50-foot lots. Compact lots call for focused front-elevation designs. Builders repeat elevations here, so a few chosen extras, such as a lit wreath above the garage or garland on the porch, help one home stand apart from its neighbors.

Open Land, Wind and Growing HOAs

Around Justin, subdivisions such as Hanby View Estates and Dove Hollow put homes on two acres or more, and open pasture gives wind a long run at the house. We fasten every run firmly, avoid loose drops and test before leaving. On acreage, gate columns and drive trees often matter as much as the roofline.

New master-planned communities are run by associations, some still developer-controlled while sections build out. We check guidelines on dates, placement and colors before designing, and our HOA lighting services can help boards light entrances and amenity centers. Year-round yard lighting is available through Justin landscape lighting.

  • Firm fastening for wind across open land

  • Gate and drive lighting on acreage lots

  • HOA rules checked during design

  • Repairs by service call after a storm

  • Path and tree lighting available all year

Pieces of a Justin Quote

We quote each house from its own measurements. These factors carry the most weight.

Feet of roofline

The length of eaves and gables included is the base of every quote.

Color and bulbs

Warm white, multicolor and bulb style choices change the product list. Our guide to current lighting looks shows popular combinations.

Roof shape

Steep farmhouse gables and second stories take longer than a single-story roof.

Acreage extras

Gate columns, drive trees, wreaths and garland are added individually.

Trees

Preserved oaks take more lighting than young builder trees, and each wrap adds labor.

Justin Home Christmas Lighting FAQs

Have a question we didn’t cover? Call 972-620-9560 or request a free quote online.

Do you install Christmas lights on homes in Justin?

–

Yes. We light homes with Justin addresses in ZIP code 76247, including Treeline, Timberbrook, Reatta Ridge and Wildflower Ranch. For businesses and HOA entrances, visit our Justin holiday lighting page.

Lease, buy or permanent: what is right for a new home?

–

Leasing covers product, upkeep, removal and storage. Buying makes all of that yours. If you would like lights that mount once and stay up year-round, see permanent lighting near Justin.

When should I book?

–

Early fall. Installs typically begin in early November, and booking by September keeps your preferred dates open. If you are closing on a new build this fall, call once you have a move-in date and we will plan the visit around it.

When do the lights come down?

–

In early January in most years, once the holidays are behind us. Everything is removed and stored labeled for your house.

My community is still developer-run. Who approves the lights?

–

Usually the developer or the association's management company sets guidelines until residents take over the board. Send us those rules and we will design to them. If guidelines are still being drafted, we keep the first design conservative, usually warm white on the roofline, and adjust in later seasons.

Will clips damage my new roof?

–

We use clips on gutters and shingle edges, without nails or staples through shingles, so a new roof stays intact. Everything is removed at takedown.

How are lights powered and timed?

–

We plug into your exterior outlets and set timers for your preferred hours. On acreage, we plan outdoor-rated runs to gates and drives. If you want different hours partway through the season, call the office and we can change the setting.

Do you light homes on acreage outside the subdivisions?

–

Yes. Ranch properties with Justin addresses can have the gate, drive trees and house lit, designed for the view from the road. We walk the tract with you to choose which trees and fence lines show most clearly from the approach.
