A display sized for Justin

Small towns get the most from a few strong pieces placed where everyone sees them.

01

A town gathering tree

A single lighted tree near city hall or in a central park gives residents a clear place to meet for a tree lighting and a photo backdrop all season.

04

Event-ready displays

Parades, markets and tree lightings bring crowds downtown. We schedule installs so the display is finished, lit and checked before your first event of the season.

02

Entries, medians and signs

City entry signs, medians and roundabouts set the first impression for drivers. Lighting and garland at those points tell people they have arrived somewhere that celebrates the season.

05

Growth-ready design

We plan the first year so new pieces can be added later without redesign, which keeps the display consistent as the town expands. Each addition is quoted on its own.

03

Main road welcome

Lighted décor at the main entries tells drivers they have arrived in Justin, a simple way to show civic pride as new families move in.

06

Downtown business tie-ins

Restaurants, retail shops and law firms along the street can book the same service, so private storefronts match the public décor and the district reads as one design.

Start focused, grow with the town

Justin is adding residents quickly, and its holiday plans can grow at the same pace. There is no need to decorate everything in year one.

We usually start with three or four pieces that residents see every day: a gathering tree, city hall entries and a few poles or signs on the main road. Each year after, the town can add a park, another stretch of road or interior décor for town offices. The design stays consistent, so every addition looks like it belonged from the start.

  • A gathering tree for the town

  • Wreaths and garland at city hall

  • Pole décor on the main road

  • Entry sign lighting for drivers

  • New pieces added each year

How the season works in Justin

01

Site walk first

A crew lead visits every location on your list, measures what needs measuring and checks power, so the design starts from real conditions.

02

Design and quote

You receive a custom design and a written quote that lists each site, the décor planned there and the install window for the season.

03

Crews install

Insured crews hang every piece in the planned window, then walk the sites with your staff to confirm each one is lit.

04

Keep it lit

Through December we handle repairs and service calls, so city crews never have to climb a pole to replace a strand.

05

Remove and store

After the holidays we take everything down, pack it by location and store it until we install it again next season.

Where Justin's display could start

Justin's downtown is small and its main roads are well traveled, which makes it easy to choose high-impact sites.

Downtown along FM 156

FM 156 runs through Justin's small downtown. Pole wreaths and storefront garland on a few blocks give the town a recognizable holiday center, and local businesses can book matching décor directly. Crews work these blocks in quieter hours so traffic keeps moving.

FM 407 corridor

FM 407 carries growing traffic through town. Lighted décor at the main intersection and town entry signs can mark the season for commuters and new residents alike. More intersections can be added in later seasons using the same pieces and palette as the first year.

Local businesses

Restaurants, retail shops and offices in Justin can book our commercial holiday service. When they use the town's palette, even a small downtown looks completely dressed for the season. We can time their installs to finish alongside the town's own work.

City hall and town offices

City hall is where residents come to do town business. Entry wreaths, simple roofline lighting and a lobby tree make it festive inside and out, and its design sets the palette for later years. Indoor work is scheduled around office hours.

Town parks

A central park is a natural spot for the town's gathering tree. We would look at power access, parking and where residents stand during a tree lighting. One well-lit tree there can become the town's holiday tradition, growing with more lighting each season.

Simple purchasing for a small town

Small towns often have one person handling purchasing alongside other duties. We keep the paperwork light: a clear written quote listing each piece and the season schedule, certificates of insurance for liability and workers' compensation, and an RFP response if the town chooses to bid.

We set the install date around your tree lighting or holiday event, and we handle every service call. The town gets one contact and no inventory to manage.

  • A one-page written quote by piece

  • Certificates of insurance up front

  • RFP responses if the town bids

  • Install timed to your holiday event

  • No inventory to buy or store

What sets Justin's cost

A focused first year keeps the budget modest.

Power access

Lighted décor needs nearby power. Sites with receptacles in place are simpler; sites without them may lean on unlit garland, wreaths and planters instead of lighted pieces.

Roofline footage

Lighting on civic buildings is measured in linear feet. Taller buildings and complex rooflines need lifts and more time, which affects both cost and schedule for that building.

Interior scope

Lobby trees, wreaths and garland for town offices and libraries are priced separately from outdoor work, so you can add or drop interiors easily from year to year.

Season length and service

Displays that go up early or stay up late cover more weeks of maintenance and service calls, which is part of the program cost and worth weighing early.

First-year scope

Starting with a few pieces keeps year-one cost low. Each added piece in later years is quoted separately, so the town controls the pace. The palette stays the same every year.

Justin holiday décor FAQs

Have a question we didn’t cover? Call 972-620-9560 or request a free quote online.

Is Justin too small for a municipal program?

–

No. We plan holiday displays for small towns as well as large cities. A focused plan with a gathering tree, city hall entries and a few road pieces can make a big difference without a large budget. Each later season can add more as the town grows.

What happens if part of the display goes dark?

–

In-season maintenance and service calls are part of the program. Call our office or email us, and we schedule a crew to fix the problem. Downtown corridors and city hall entries are high-visibility sites, so we treat outages there with care and keep you posted on timing.

Do you provide certificates of insurance?

–

Yes. Our crews carry liability insurance and workers' compensation, and we send certificates of insurance for your files. Tell us what your purchasing or risk office needs listed on the certificate, and we will request it before any work begins on city property.

Can we add to the display as the town grows?

–

Yes. We design the first year so later pieces match. Each season the town can add a park, more poles or interior décor, and each addition gets its own written quote. That way the town controls the pace of spending and never pays for more than it is ready to add.

Will your light-pole décor fit our existing poles?

–

We check before we design. On the site walk we look at pole height, spacing, existing brackets and nearby wiring. The swags, wreaths and garland are then sized for those poles. If some poles cannot take décor safely, we tell you and plan around them.

Do you serve Denton County towns?

–

Yes. We serve cities and towns across Dallas-Fort Worth from our Dallas office on Goodnight Lane. Call 972-620-9560, Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. We group nearby Denton County sites on the same install days, which keeps travel efficient for a small town's display.

When do you take the display down?

–

Takedown is scheduled after the holidays, usually in January, at a time that suits your staff. We remove every piece, check it, pack it and return it to storage. Sites are left clean, and the product is ready for next season's install.

Can you finish before our tree-lighting ceremony?

–

That date is the anchor of our schedule. Once we know when your ceremony or holiday event takes place, we set the install window to finish before it, with time left for a walkthrough so staff can confirm every piece is lit and in place.

Can local businesses book holiday décor too?

–

Yes. Restaurants, retail shops and offices in Justin can book our commercial service directly. Matching the town's palette makes downtown look finished from one end to the other. We can schedule their installs on the same days as town work to limit disruption.
