What Comes With an Azle Display
From the first measurement to the last clip in January, the work is ours.
01
A layout for your property
Lake lots, cul-de-sacs and long rural driveways each call for a different plan, and we draw yours after seeing the place.
04
Repairs on call
If lake wind or a storm knocks out a section, call the office and the crew returns to repair it.
02
LED that we supply
The lighting is leased for the season and maintained by us. There is nothing to buy and nothing to throw out when strings age.
05
Taken down in January
After the holidays we remove every strand and clip, from the roofline to the stakes along the drive.
03
Fitted to every edge
Runs are cut on measurements from your house, including porch roofs, dormers and detached garages if you want them lit.
06
Stored for next year
Your lighting goes into labeled storage at our shop, so you have no bins filling the barn or garage.

Lake Cottages, Ranch Homes and Acreage
Azle sits on State Highway 199 about 17 miles northwest of downtown Fort Worth, with Eagle Mountain Lake to the east and the Parker County line running through town. Farmland gave way to housing over several decades, so the mix is wide. Near the lake, Eagle Mountain Acres has small homes from around 1960 on lots under a quarter acre, some just outside city limits, while Oak Harbor Estates has newer homes, some built as recently as 2016.
West of town in Parker County, Boling Ranch Estates has brick and stone homes from the early 2000s on lots of about an acre, and Deer Ridge Estates is a gated community with two-acre lots that leave room for workshops, pools and long drives. A small lake house looks right with a simple eave line and a lit porch. An acreage home often needs the drive, the gate and a few big trees lit so the display can be seen from the road.
Lake cottages: porch and eave focus
Brick and stone ranches: full front outline
Gated entries and long drives lined with light
Shops, cabanas and garages added if wanted
Large trees wrapped for distance viewing
How We Light an Azle Home
01
Get in touch
Send your Azle address and a short list of what you would like lit. August and September calls leave the most dates open.
02
Property visit
We measure the house, walk the drive and note lake exposure, gate codes and where power is available.
03
Installation
Once you approve the design, the crew installs and tests the display. If gates are open, you can be away.
04
December service
The lights run on timers. Call 972-620-9560 on a weekday and we schedule any repair.
05
Removal and storage
In early January the crew takes it all down and stores it, labeled to your property.
Azle Neighborhoods We Light
Azle's homes spread from the lakeshore to the Parker County hills. We also light houses closer to the city in Fort Worth and in North Richland Hills.
Oak Harbor Estates
A lake neighborhood with a community park, dock, boat ramp and pavilion, and homes within walking distance of Eagle Mountain Lake. Backyards with mature trees give us room for a wrapped trunk behind a lit roofline.
Boling Ranch Estates
A gated Parker County community with a pool and acre lots, where homes from the early 2000s have brick and stone fronts with rock and cedar accents. Entries and front trees carry these displays.
Eagle Mountain Acres
Small 1960s-era homes near lake access, some just outside city limits. A warm eave line, porch garland and lit shrubs fit these houses well.
Snug Harbor Village
Waterfront lots of around a third of an acre, some with water on three sides and covered docks. We can light the lake side of the house as well as the street side.
Deer Ridge Estates
Gated two-acre lots in Parker County with room for workshops and long drives, and an association that collects dues. Lighting the drive and any outbuildings helps the home stand out from the road at night.
Wind Off the Lake, Distance on the Land
Eagle Mountain Lake was formed by a dam on the Trinity River, and homes on its shore take the wind straight off open water. Snug Harbor Village lots can have water on three sides, with docks and retaining walls, and Oak Harbor Estates residents share a lakeside park, dock and boat ramp. On those homes we clip more tightly at exposed corners, test every run for movement and light the lake-facing roofline if you want the display seen from the water.
On acreage, the challenge is distance. A house set far back from the road can disappear at night unless the drive, the gate or the front trees carry light. We plan runs and outlets for the whole property, not just the house, and some gated communities like Deer Ridge Estates have associations with their own guidelines, which our HOA holiday lighting guide can help you sort out.
Lake-facing rooflines lit for the water view
Exposed corners clipped tighter
Driveways and gates lit for road visibility
Outlets planned across the property
Gated-community access arranged in advance

Azle Cost Factors
Every Azle property is measured before we quote it. These details matter most.
Roofline footage
Total feet of eaves and peaks lit is the biggest factor. A lake cottage uses far less than a sprawling acreage home.
Trees
Large trees far from the house take more product and longer runs than small trees near the porch.
Height and pitch
Steep two-story roofs need more setup and safety equipment than a single-story ranch.
Decor pieces
Wreaths, garland, column wraps and ground stakes can be added or left off to suit your plans.
Drives, gates and outbuildings
Lighting a long driveway, a gate or a workshop adds footage and power planning, so each is quoted as its own item.

Azle Home Christmas Light FAQs
Have a question we didn’t cover? Call 972-620-9560 or request a free quote online.
Do you install Christmas lights on homes in Azle?
–
Yes. We light homes in the 76020 ZIP code, on both the Tarrant County and Parker County sides of Azle. Our Azle holiday lighting for businesses and HOAs covers storefronts on SH 199 and neighborhood entrances.
Do I purchase the lights? Is permanent lighting an option?
–
The lights are leased for the season, so you never buy, repair or store them. Some lake and acreage owners want lighting that stays up all year; for that, see permanent lighting near Azle.
How early should I book?
–
Call in late summer or early fall. Installs usually begin in early November. Acreage homes take longer to design, so an early call gives us time to plan drives, gates and outbuildings.
When do the lights come down?
–
After the holidays, typically in early January. We remove everything, including stakes along the drive, and take it to storage.
Will my gated community or HOA need to approve the display?
–
Deer Ridge Estates has an association, and other gated neighborhoods like Boling Ranch Estates may set their own rules on holiday displays. Send us your guidelines and we design and schedule to them, and we arrange gate access for the crew.
Will clips damage the roof or gutters?
–
No. We never put nails or staples into shingles. Clips grip gutters or sit under shingle edges, and they all come off at takedown.
How is power handled on a large lot?
–
We plug into exterior outlets and set timers so the lights come on each evening. On acreage we map outlets and plan runs to distant trees and gates during the design visit.
Can you light my lake-facing roofline or my shop building?
–
Yes. If you want the lake side of the house or a detached shop lit, we include it in the design, and wind off the lake is planned for in how closely we clip the runs. For year-round light on paths and patios, look at Azle landscape lighting.
