Your Azle Season, Start to Finish

Compact properties still deserve a finished, professional display.

01

A plan sized to Azle

Most local projects are one storefront, one entrance or one civic building. We draw a design that looks complete from the road without overbuilding the job or the budget.

04

Entrance trees and wreaths

Wrapped trees on either side of a monument, wreaths on columns and garland across a gate turn a plain neighborhood entry into a welcome home for residents.

02

No product to buy

Commercial-grade LED lighting is leased to you, measured and cut to your rooflines, windows and columns. Nothing ends up in a back room after New Year's.

05

Repairs during the season

A gusty front off the lake can knock a run loose. Call our office and a crew comes back out to put the display right again.

03

Crews who show up insured

We carry liability insurance and workers' compensation. Ask for a certificate of insurance and we will send it to your landlord, board or property manager.

06

January takedown, then storage

After the holidays the crew removes every strand and clip, packs it for your property and stores it until next year's installation date. Your staff never climbs a ladder.

Highway 199 and Main Street

Azle sits on State Highway 199 about 17 miles northwest of downtown Fort Worth, right on the Tarrant and Parker county line. Drivers headed to and from Eagle Mountain Lake pass the same storefronts every evening.

That makes the highway frontage and the traditional Main Street the two places where holiday lighting earns its keep. Bright, simple rooflines read from the highway. Closer to the sidewalk on Main Street, warm wreaths and wrapped trees invite people to stop.

  • Roofline outlines visible from Highway 199

  • Window frames on Main Street storefronts

  • Wrapped trees along parking frontage

  • Commercial wreaths on banks and offices

  • Lit signs without covering the logo

How an Azle Project Runs

01

Meet on site

We visit the property, measure rooflines and trees, check power and note how customers or residents see it from the road.

02

Send the design map

A written proposal shows every lighting run and décor piece, so an owner or board can say yes without guesswork.

03

Install on your schedule

Crews book around your open hours and test each circuit before they leave, so the first night looks right.

04

Handle service calls

If something dims or blows loose, one call to our Dallas office starts the repair during the season.

05

Remove and store

Early in the new year we take everything down and keep it in storage until it is time to install again.

Where We Work Around Azle

Azle is a small city with lake neighborhoods on one side and a state highway through the middle. These are the spots that matter most.

State Highway 199 frontage

Retail centers, restaurants, banks and medical offices line the highway through town. Drivers pass at speed, so we favor clean roofline outlines, lit signs and tall wrapped trees that register from the road and make the property easy to find after dark.

Eagle Mountain Lake communities

Neighborhoods such as Oak Harbor sit near the lake on the eastern side of town. Where the association owns the entry, we light the monument, the columns and the trees that frame the drive, never the homes inside. Lake wind is planned into the clips.

Ashwood Park and Creekwood Ranch

Ashwood Park and Creekwood Ranch Estates have compact entries with signs, fencing and landscaping. A fence-line outline and gate wreaths give a small entrance real presence without asking a volunteer board for a large budget. Each entry has its own map.

Main Street

Azle's traditional Main Street is the heart of the city's December calendar. Storefronts and offices here suit warm white rooflines, garland over doors and wreaths in windows, matched in scale to the older buildings and the crowds on foot. Installs finish before the parade.

Boling Ranch and Deer Ridge

Boling Ranch Estates and Deer Ridge Estates are among the HOA communities in the Azle area. Their entrances face rural roads, so a lit monument and wrapped trees stand out clearly against the dark and greet residents coming home. Fence lines can extend the look.

Plan Around Christmas on Main Street

Christmas on Main Street, with its tree lighting and parade, is Azle's long-running December tradition. Businesses on or near the route want to be lit before the crowd arrives.

Working backward from that weekend, a site walk in late summer and a design approved by early fall gives the crew room to install before the rush. HOA boards that meet monthly should put the proposal on a September or October agenda.

  • Request a site walk in late summer

  • Approve the design map by early fall

  • Install finished before the parade weekend

  • Service calls covered through the season

  • Takedown begins after the holidays

What Moves an Azle Quote

Pricing comes from the property itself, so these are the details we measure on site.

Roofline and fence length

The linear feet of eaves, parapets and entrance fencing set most of the product count. A short storefront and a long ranch-style fence line price very differently.

Power at the site

Entrances on rural roads sometimes have limited outlets. Available power shapes how many runs we can light and where timers are placed. We check outlets and timers on the walk.

Tree count and size

Each wrapped tree adds product and labor. Mature oaks at an entrance take longer than young ornamentals and may need a lift to reach the canopy.

Travel and scheduling

Azle is west of Fort Worth, so we group nearby jobs to keep crew time efficient. Early approval makes that much easier to arrange. It also widens your date choices.

Décor pieces

Wreaths, garland and commercial trees are sized and counted separately from the lighting runs, so a board can add or trim them to fit its budget.

Azle Christmas Lighting FAQs

Have a question we didn’t cover? Call 972-620-9560 or request a free quote online.

Do you install Christmas lights on homes in Azle?

–

No. In Azle we work for businesses, HOA common areas, dealerships and city facilities. Residential Christmas lighting is offered only in Plano, Frisco, Allen and Richardson. An Azle association can still light its shared entrance, monument and trees through our commercial program.

Is Azle too far from Dallas for you to service?

–

No. Our office is in northwest Dallas, and Azle is part of our Dallas-Fort Worth service area. We plan western Tarrant and Parker County jobs together so installation, service calls and removal all stay on schedule. Distance does not change the scope of the service you receive.

What does a small HOA entrance usually include?

–

Most Azle entrances get an outlined monument or sign, wrapped trees on each side, and wreaths or garland on columns and gates. Fence lines can be outlined for length. The design map shows each piece so the board knows exactly what it is approving.

Do we have to buy the lights?

–

No. Everything is leased. We supply commercial-grade LED lighting cut to fit your property, install it, maintain it during the season, take it down after the holidays and store it. Your budget covers one seasonal service instead of equipment. Nothing to buy, test or keep.

Can you work around our store hours?

–

Yes. We schedule crews around your business hours. Many Highway 199 and Main Street installs happen early in the day or on slower weekdays so parking, entrances and deliveries stay open for customers. Crews test every circuit before they leave so the display is ready that night.

When should we book to be lit for Christmas on Main Street?

–

Request a site walk in late summer and approve a design by early fall. That timing gives us room to install before the parade and tree lighting, and it fits most HOA budget meetings as well. Waiting until November narrows the open install dates.

Are you insured?

–

Yes. We carry liability insurance and workers' compensation. We can issue a certificate of insurance to your landlord, property manager or association before any work begins on the property. Tell us who should be named on the certificate when you approve the proposal, and we will handle the rest.

Can you decorate a lobby or office interior?

–

Yes. Our commercial décor service includes lobby Christmas trees, wreaths, garland, swags, holiday planters and window décor for offices, banks, medical buildings and retail spaces. It can share one proposal with your exterior lighting. Both are installed on the same visit and removed together after the holidays.

What if a section goes dark in December?

–

Call our office Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. In-season service is part of every agreement, so we schedule a crew visit to fix the run and get the display back to full strength. Let us know which section is affected so the crew brings the right product.
