Your Hurst Holiday Program Includes
Every element of the season, handled by one company.
01
Retail-Focused Display Design
We plan for shoppers: storefront lines that read from the parking lot, lit trees at entrances and greenery at the doors customers walk through during the busiest weeks.
04
Service While You're Busiest
December is no time for a dark storefront. If a section fails, call the office, and a crew is scheduled to repair it while the display is still up.
02
Lights on a Seasonal Lease
The commercial-grade LED product comes with the service. It is measured and cut for your building, installed for the season and taken back by our crew afterward.
05
Quick January Takedown
When the season ends, crews remove lighting and hardware around your hours, so the property transitions smoothly into the new year without disrupting sales. Everything is stored for you.
03
Installs Before Opening
Retail and restaurant installs can be scheduled before opening or after close, so shoppers and diners never navigate ladders, lifts or cords on their way inside.
06
Stored for You
We store your lighting through the off-season. Because it is already cut to your property, next year's install goes up faster and fits just as cleanly.

Lighting for a Retail City
Hurst is a Mid-Cities suburb widely recognized for North East Mall and the neighboring Shops at North East Mall. During the holidays, storefronts, restaurant pads and service businesses are all competing for the same shoppers.
Exterior lighting is one of the few things a property can change for the season without touching the building itself. A crisp roofline, lit trees at the entrance and wreaths on the doors tell customers a business is open, festive and worth the stop, especially as daylight fades early in December.

How We Light a Hurst Property
01
Request a Visit
Call our Dallas office or use the online form. Tell us about the property, its tenants and the areas you want lit.
02
Measure and Plan
We measure storefronts, rooflines and trees, check power and access, and note how shoppers approach the property. Then we draft the design.
03
Approve the Design
Owners and managers receive a written design and proposal. Tenants can be looped in before the plan is final.
04
Off-Hours Installation
Crews install before opening or after closing, keeping storefronts, parking and drive-throughs clear during business hours. Every run is tested before we leave.
05
Season, Removal, Storage
We handle service calls during the season, then remove and store everything after the holidays for next year's return.
Hurst Places We Light
Hurst is compact, and its retail and residential areas sit close together along its main roads.
North East Mall Area
Retail pads, restaurants and service businesses surrounding the mall see heavy holiday traffic. Clean rooflines and lit entrance trees help an individual property stand out among many options while shoppers decide where to go next. We install before stores open so parking stays clear, and the lighting is maintained, removed and stored as part of one program.
Bell Station and Cedar Ridge
HOA communities such as Bell Station and Cedar Ridge at Hurst have entry signs, shared drive entrances and common-area trees. We light what the association maintains, giving residents a festive welcome at the gate. Boards receive a written design and proposal, plus certificates of insurance for the management company.
Carriage Place
A smaller association setting where a clubhouse or pool building roofline, a few wrapped courtyard trees and wreaths on perimeter columns add warmth without overwhelming the space. The board approves one design, our insured crews install and service it, and everything is removed and stored after the holidays without volunteers on ladders.
The Shops at North East Mall
Open-air retail where shoppers walk between stores. Storefront outlines, wreaths and garland at doors and lit plaza trees add atmosphere for people on foot and encourage them to linger a little longer. Crews work before opening hours and keep walkways clear, and service calls through December keep every storefront bright.
Chisholm Trail Estates and Alameda Village
Neighborhood associations with entry columns, perimeter walls and greens. A modest display at the main entrance, approved by the board, makes the whole neighborhood feel ready for the season. Leased commercial-grade LED is cut to fit each entrance, service calls run all season, and removal and storage follow in January so volunteers never handle a strand.
Working With Landlords and Tenants
Retail centers have owners, managers and tenants, and holiday lighting has to work for all of them. We send proposals to the manager, provide certificates of insurance naming the landlord and management firm, and schedule installs so no tenant loses business hours.
Where tenants want brand colors on their storefronts, the design can accommodate them within the center's overall look. Owners with several properties can combine them under one proposal and one invoice.
COI naming owner and manager
No lost tenant business hours
Brand colors where appropriate
One invoice for multiple centers

What Affects a Hurst Quote
Your quote comes after the site visit; these factors matter.
Storefront Footage
The total linear feet of storefront, canopy and roofline lit drives most of the cost. A full shopping center outline needs much more than a single restaurant pad.
Height and Lifts
Tall facades, mall-adjacent buildings and high signs may require lifts. Single-story storefronts reachable by ladder install faster and cost less. We note which elements need lifts so you can weigh each one before approving.
Trees in Parking Areas
Wrapped parking-island and entry trees add strong visual impact. Each tree adds product and labor based on its height and how fully it is wrapped.
Wreaths and Décor
Wreaths, garland and interior pieces such as lobby trees round out the look. They add to the total and can be phased in over several seasons.
Install Time Windows
Retail properties often need installs outside business hours. Narrow early-morning or late-night windows can affect crew scheduling and labor. We confirm center rules and tenant hours during the site walk so the quote reflects them.

Hurst Christmas Lighting FAQ
Have a question we didn’t cover? Call 972-620-9560 or request a free quote online.
Do you light homes in Hurst?
–
No. Hurst service is for retail and commercial properties, restaurants, car dealerships, HOA common areas and municipal sites. Residential Christmas lighting is offered only in Plano, Frisco, Allen and Richardson. Hurst neighborhood associations can still hire us for their entrances.
Can you install before our stores open?
–
Yes. We regularly schedule retail installs before opening or after closing so shoppers never walk through a work zone. Tell us your operating hours and any center rules during the site visit, and we plan around them. Removal follows the same rules.
How early should a retail center book?
–
Late summer or early fall is ideal. Retail centers need lights up before the first big shopping weekend after Thanksgiving, and booking early secures an install date and allows time for owner and tenant review. Returning centers often rebook in January.
Can tenants have their own brand colors?
–
Often, yes. LED product comes in several colors, and the design can use tenant brand colors on individual storefronts while keeping the center's overall look consistent. We review color choices with the manager before installation. Each choice appears in the written design.
Do we lease or buy the lights?
–
The lighting is leased. We supply commercial-grade LED product cut to the property, install it, maintain it through the season, remove it and store it. Centers never have to buy, store or replace holiday lighting themselves. The fit improves every season.
Can you light our HOA entrance at Bell Station?
–
Yes. We light association common areas including entry signs, columns, walls, common-area trees and amenity buildings. The board receives a written design and proposal it can review and approve at a regular meeting. Certificates of insurance are available for the management company.
What happens if a storefront goes dark mid-season?
–
Call our office during business hours. In-season service calls are part of the program, and we schedule a crew to repair it quickly so your property stays bright during the busiest shopping weeks of the year. The office line is 972-620-9560.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance for our landlord?
–
Yes. We carry liability insurance and workers' compensation and can name the landlord, owner and management company on certificates of insurance. We send them before installation so your paperwork is complete. Just tell us who should be listed and where they go.
Do you light dealerships in Hurst?
–
Yes. We wrap light poles, outline showroom rooflines, accent signs and add lit trees for car dealerships, with installs after closing so no sales day is lost and lighting ready before year-end sales. Dealer groups can combine stores in one proposal.
