A holiday campus for Hurst
Close-together civic buildings let Hurst decorate one connected space instead of scattered sites.
01
Campus walkway lighting
Lighted trees and garland along the paths between civic buildings guide residents from parking to entries and make the whole campus feel like one holiday space.
04
The city Christmas tree
Whether the tree stands on a plaza or a lawn, we light it to be seen from across the space and timed to be ready before the tree-lighting ceremony starts.
02
Light-pole swags and wreaths
Swags and lighted wreaths sized for your poles carry one look down a whole street. We check pole height, spacing and brackets first, so every piece hangs straight and stays put through the season.
05
Recreation center décor
Recreation centers see families every day of winter break. Simple exterior wreaths and an indoor tree give them a festive feel without crowding busy spaces.
03
Conference and event spaces
Meeting and event venues host holiday parties and banquets. Entry wreaths, lobby trees and garland on rails make guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive.
06
Main street garland
Garland on storefront blocks, rails and civic entries ties a downtown together. We use commercial-grade product that holds its shape in North Texas wind and still looks full in late December.

Hurst's civic campus as one display
In Hurst, City Hall, the Hurst Public Library and the Hurst Conference Center sit near one another. That lets the city treat the area as a single holiday campus instead of three separate jobs.
We plan the outside first: roofline lighting on each building, wrapped trees along walkways and a centerpiece where people gather. Then we carry the theme indoors with lobby trees, wreaths and garland. The campus becomes a place residents visit on purpose, not just pass through.

How a Hurst season unfolds
01
Start on site
The first meeting happens outdoors. We look at buildings, poles and parks with your team and learn the dates your city cares about.
02
Plan in writing
We put the full scope on paper: locations, décor, schedule and service, ready for a manager, committee or council to review.
03
Install on schedule
Crews install in the agreed window, working around traffic, markets and city events, and finish before your tree lighting.
04
Season service
Maintenance is included in the program. Report an issue to our office and we schedule a fix quickly, with updates to staff.
05
Takedown and storage
In the new year we remove the display, leave sites clean and keep the product in our storage until next fall.
Hurst locations to plan around
Hurst is compact, and these are the places most residents connect with the city during the holidays.
City Hall
City Hall anchors the civic campus and sets the palette for the rest of the display. Entry wreaths, roofline lighting and a lobby tree make it the first place residents see the season. Its design sets the palette for every other building on the campus.
Hurst Conference Center
The Conference Center hosts holiday parties and community events all season. Entry décor, garland and lobby trees create a welcoming arrival for guests, and we schedule work around booked events. Lobby décor goes in between bookings so no event is disrupted.
North East Mall area
The regional mall draws shoppers from across Northeast Tarrant County. City entry signs and nearby public sites visible from surrounding roads can greet them with bold, simple lighting. Larger elements and clean roofline runs read well from busy roads, where drivers have only a moment to notice.
Hurst Public Library
The library welcomes families for programs and story times through the winter. Lighted trees outside, wreaths at the doors and a lobby tree inside make visits feel festive. We install before opening hours so patrons are never stepping around ladders or lifts in the entry.
Chisholm Park
A large city park with fields and trails gives room for tree lighting near paths and parking. We would review power access and how families use the park after dark. Lighted trees near the main paths make an evening walk feel like part of the city's celebration.
Hurst purchasing and event scheduling
A civic campus with an event venue has a busy December, so scheduling comes first. We gather your event calendar, including bookings at the Conference Center, and set install windows that avoid them.
For purchasing, we respond to RFPs, provide written quotes that separate each building and send certificates of insurance for liability and workers' compensation. If departments share costs, each building can appear as its own line item. Every document goes to one staff contact.

Hurst cost factors
A clustered campus keeps logistics simple, so product and scope drive cost.
Tree size and count
Wrapping a few small park trees is quick. Lighting large canopy trees or a tall city tree takes more product, more lift time and more care.
Interior scope
Lobby trees, wreaths and garland for town offices and libraries are priced separately from outdoor work, so you can add or drop interiors easily from year to year.
Number of sites
One city hall entry is a different job from a main street, three parks and two libraries. Each added location adds design, product and crew time.
Install timing and access
Overnight or early-morning work, tight sidewalks and event-heavy calendars all affect crew planning. Flexible windows usually keep scope more efficient and the overall budget easier to manage.
Indoor and outdoor balance
Some cities put most of the budget outdoors; others value lobbies where residents spend time. We can shift the mix to match Hurst's priorities. Either mix uses one palette.

Hurst municipal décor FAQs
Have a question we didn’t cover? Call 972-620-9560 or request a free quote online.
Can you work around Conference Center bookings?
–
Yes. We collect the event calendar before scheduling crews and set install and service visits for open times. Indoor décor is often installed early in the morning or between events so guests never see work in progress. Service visits follow the same rule.
How much power do LED holiday displays use?
–
Our holiday product is commercial-grade LED, which draws far less power than older incandescent strings and runs cooler. That lowers the load on building circuits and pole receptacles. Exact usage depends on the size of the display, which we can discuss during design so facilities staff can plan circuits.
How do we get started?
–
Call 972-620-9560 or reach our Dallas office on Goodnight Lane, Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. We will set up a site walk, learn your sites and dates, then send a design and written quote your staff can review.
Can the library and City Hall be quoted separately?
–
Yes. Each building can be its own line item or its own quote. That helps when departments share costs or when one building is funded this year and another next year. Both still share the campus design, so the result looks unified however it is funded.
What does the city need to provide?
–
Mostly access and information: a staff contact, the sites you want decorated, any event dates, street-use rules and where power is available. We handle the design, product, installation, maintenance, removal and storage. Most cities appreciate how little staff time the program takes.
Do you decorate parks in Hurst too?
–
Yes. Parks like Chisholm Park can get lighted trees near paths and parking. We review power access on the site walk and design around how families use the park in the evening. Park trees can share the campus palette, so residents see one city look.
What drives the cost of a municipal display?
–
Cost depends on the number of sites, linear feet of roofline, the count and height of trees and poles, the amount of garland and wreaths, power access and the length of the season. A site walk lets us price your actual locations instead of an estimate from photos.
Who stores the décor between seasons?
–
We do. After takedown, the product returns to our storage, packed and labeled for your locations. Because it was custom-fit the first year, it goes back up faster the next season. Your facilities team never has to clear room for boxes of garland and wreaths.
Where are your crews based?
–
Our office is on Goodnight Lane in Dallas, and crews work across Dallas-Fort Worth, including Northeast Tarrant County. Call 972-620-9560 on weekdays from 8am to 5pm. Hurst sites are close together, so install days are short and service calls are easy to reach during the season.
