One crew from design to storage
Most properties do not want to own lights, store them or send staff up a ladder. Our holiday lighting is a full-service lease: we design the display, supply commercial-grade LED product cut to your rooflines and trees, install it, keep it working all season and take it down after the holidays.
When the season ends, everything comes back to our Dallas facility, labeled for your property, so next year starts from a plan instead of a pile of tangled strands.

Where we work
Our office is on Goodnight Lane in northwest Dallas. Commercial, HOA, dealership and municipal work covers the whole Dallas-Fort Worth area. Residential Christmas lighting is offered in Plano, Frisco, Allen and Richardson.
Dallas is our home base, a few minutes from the office on Goodnight Lane. Here we light commercial properties, HOA entrances, car dealerships and public spaces, from Uptown and Preston Hollow to the Galleria corridor, the Stemmons and LBJ business districts and North Dallas office parks.
In Frisco we install Christmas lights on homes, HOA entrances and amenity centers across the fast-growing neighborhoods, and on retail and office properties along the Dallas North Tollway, Highway 121 and Main Street. Book early: Frisco install dates fill quickly.
In Richardson we light homes in Canyon Creek and the neighborhoods around Breckinridge Park, plus HOA entrances and offices along the Telecom Corridor and Campbell Road. Mature trees here make trunk and canopy wraps a popular add-on.
Plano is one of four cities where we decorate homes as well as businesses. We light rooflines, trees and entries from Willow Bend and Deerfield to Los Rios, plus HOA entrances, retail centers and office campuses around Legacy West and the Dallas North Tollway.
Allen homeowners can choose seasonal Christmas lights or year-round permanent lighting. We also light HOA entrances, retail and offices from Twin Creeks and Star Creek to Watters Crossing and the businesses along US-75 and SH-121.
