What Southlake's city sites can include
We focus on the city's own buildings and grounds and coordinate with the look around them.
01
Town Hall rooflines
Warm white outlines and entry garland at Southlake Town Hall give the civic building a polished holiday face that fits the square around it. A lobby tree carries the look indoors.
04
Town office interiors
Lobby trees, garland on service counters and wreaths at council chamber doors. Interior pieces are placed to keep walkways and accessible routes clear for staff and residents.
02
Holiday planters at entries
Greenery, picks and lighted accents in planters at building entries and along sidewalks. They add color at eye level where the rooflines and pole décor sit overhead.
05
Southlake Boulevard entries
Wreaths and lighting at city entry monuments along Southlake Boulevard greet drivers on the main route through town. Simple shapes stay legible for passing drivers.
03
Rustin Park and Family Park
Trees and lawns in the public parks within Town Square suit trunk wraps and canopy lighting that frame the city's holiday gatherings. We keep lawns open for gatherings.
06
Trunk wraps and canopy lighting
Mature park and street trees get wrapped trunks and lighted canopies in warm white or a color the city chooses. It turns an ordinary lawn into a December destination.

Fitting into a polished town square
Town Square already has a strong design language, and city sites sit right in the middle of it. Décor at Town Hall and nearby public spaces should complement the surrounding streets, not compete with them.
We start by matching tone: warm white, full garland and classic wreaths that fit naturally among the storefronts. Then we focus product where the city's sites are most visible, from Town Hall entries to park trees, and keep cords and fixtures clear of busy sidewalks.

How we handle a Southlake season
01
Survey and measure
Before any design, we survey the buildings, parks and streets on your list, checking power access, mounting points and how each spot is seen at night.
02
Design and written quote
You receive a site-by-site design and a written quote that staff can review, attach to a council packet or use to answer a bid.
03
Crews on your calendar
Installation is booked backward from your first holiday event, with work hours chosen to avoid busy streets, school traffic and other city activities.
04
Keep it bright
In-season maintenance and service calls are included. We fix outages, re-secure loose pieces after storms and keep high-traffic sites looking right.
05
Remove and store
After the holidays we take everything down, pack it by location and store it, so next year's install starts from a custom-fit kit.
Southlake sites on our list
These are the city sites we would review with Southlake staff first. Private Town Square property is outside a city program unless the owner opts in.
Southlake Town Hall
The civic centerpiece inside Town Square. Roofline lighting, entry garland and a lobby tree inside welcome residents to council meetings and city services, and the building anchors the square's holiday look. We keep sidewalks and building entries clear, and test everything before the city's tree-lighting event.
Bicentennial Park
A large city park with mature trees near the entries and parking areas. Trunk wraps and entry lighting give families a festive welcome on winter evenings. We focus first on the trees nearest the busiest entries, then expand as the program grows.
Rustin Park
The green space near Town Hall is a natural setting for holiday gatherings. Lighted trees and wrapped trunks here frame the season's events and draw evening visitors. We keep lawn areas open for crowds and route cords away from walking paths.
City entry monuments
Monuments along Southlake Boulevard and other main roads are good spots for wreaths and lighting that signal the season to everyone driving into town. Full wreaths and warm white light stay visible from a distance, even at road speed. We size wreaths to each one.
Interiors and nearby businesses
Residents step inside Town Hall for meetings, records and services, so interior décor matters as much as the exterior. We place lobby trees, garland on railings and counters and wreaths at council chamber entries, keeping walkways clear.
Law firms, restaurants and retail shops near city sites can book the same product and style under their own agreements. A coordinated look helps the whole area feel like one holiday destination for residents and visitors.

Factors in a Southlake quote
We price your actual sites, shaped by factors like these.
Linear feet of roofline
Roofline lighting is measured by the foot. Longer, taller or more detailed buildings take more product and more lift time than a simple single-story outline.
Interior scope
Lobby trees, counter garland and office décor are priced separately from exterior work, by the number of rooms, trees and entries included. Both can be combined into one written quote.
Phasing over several years
Starting with priority sites and adding more each year spreads the program across budget cycles. We design the first phase so later phases match it.
Number of sites
One city hall entry costs less than a program spanning a downtown, two parks and three buildings. Each added location brings its own design, install and service time.
Design standard
A setting with a strong existing look calls for fuller garland, larger wreaths and tighter detail. That can raise product counts compared with a simpler civic building.

Southlake municipal décor questions
Have a question we didn’t cover? Call 972-620-9560 or request a free quote online.
Can your décor complement the look of Town Square?
–
Yes. We match tone and style first, using warm white, full garland and classic wreaths that fit the surrounding streets. The design shows each city site so staff can review it before approval. We revise until it fits. Revisions are part of the design step.
Who stores everything after the season?
–
We do. After takedown, the leased product returns to our storage, packed and labeled by location. Because it was fit to your sites the first year, it goes back up faster the next season, and your facilities team keeps its storage space.
Why lease décor instead of buying it?
–
With a lease, the city does not buy inventory, test strings every fall or find warehouse space. We supply commercial-grade LED product custom-fit to your sites and handle install, upkeep, removal and storage. Buying outright moves all of that work back to city crews.
Can you work around the Town Square tree lighting?
–
Yes. Installation is planned backward from the event date, tested ahead of time and walked with staff. We keep cords and fixtures clear of sidewalks where crowds gather. If the date changes, tell us early and we adjust crews. Staff approve the layout first.
Can you design around our city's look or brand colors?
–
Yes. We can work in classic warm white, traditional red and green, or a palette tied to your city's logo and banners. The design shows each site so staff can see how the colors carry from street to park to lobby.
What paperwork do you provide Southlake purchasing?
–
A written quote listing each site, the décor, install window and service plan, plus certificates of insurance. If the city issues an RFP or request for quotes, we answer each item it asks for. If something is outside our services, the response says so plainly.
When does the display come down?
–
Most cities choose a takedown date in early to mid January. We schedule removal with your staff, take everything down, pack it by location and store it. If an event runs late into the season, we can push takedown to match so nothing comes down early.
Can we start small and grow the display?
–
Yes. Many cities begin with one priority site, such as city hall or a single main-street block, then add parks, corridors and interiors in later seasons. We design the first phase so later additions match it and the program grows with the budget.
Do you decorate city parks outside Town Square?
–
Yes. Bicentennial Park and other city parks can be added with trunk wraps, canopy lighting and entry décor in the same palette, either in year one or in later seasons. Each addition gets its own quote. Staff choose the timing and the order of parks.
