What We Bring to Arlington Events

Mix and match these elements into one plan for your event.

01

Lit trees and canopies

Wrapped trunks and lit branches give an outdoor venue depth after dark. Trees near the entrance, ceremony site or dinner lawn make the strongest backdrop for photos.

04

Entrance arch moments

A lit archway, gate or front door frames the arrival. It is often the first photo guests take and the image hosts tend to remember from the night.

02

Tidy, secured cable runs

Our crews bring habits from large commercial holiday installs: secured connections, cable kept off walkways and runs hidden where possible so the setup looks clean in photos.

05

Lobby and atrium receptions

Indoor receptions in office lobbies and atriums get uplighting on columns and walls plus lit trees or greenery, installed after hours so business is not disrupted.

03

Barn and ranch venues

Open-air barns and ranch properties have big spans and few walls. String runs across rafters, lit trees and a glowing entrance help these spaces feel finished at night.

06

Pool decks and lakefronts

Pool decks, docks and lakeside lawns reflect light beautifully. We keep runs secured and away from foot traffic so the water doubles the glow without adding hazards.

Events Around the Entertainment District

Big games and concerts near AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Field bring a steady stream of hospitality events: client suites, pregame receptions, company outings and team parties at nearby hotels and patios.

Those events run on fixed clocks. Load-in times are tight, parking is limited and nothing can slip past kickoff. We plan routes, crew size and install order ahead of time, then come back for teardown when the crowds clear. Brand colors on walls and a string canopy outdoors make a rented space feel like your own.

  • Pregame and client reception lighting

  • Install timed around game-day traffic

  • Brand-color uplighting for hospitality rooms

  • Patio canopies at nearby hotels and restaurants

  • Teardown scheduled after the crowds clear

Our Arlington Event Process

01

Check the calendar

Popular spring, fall and December dates go first, so we check your date and crew availability before we start designing anything for you.

02

Measure and map

We measure lawns, patios and ceilings, mark anchor points and note slopes or obstacles so the design fits the real space rather than a guess.

03

Coordinate vendors

We share the plan and timing with your planner, florist or rental company so setup happens in a clean order without crowding anyone.

04

Insured crew on site

A trained, insured crew handles the install from start to finish, working around other vendors and keeping walkways clear for everyone.

05

Removal and wrap-up

Our crew removes the lighting on the agreed schedule and checks with the venue that the site is clear before the team heads out.

Arlington Event Locations We Know

From stadium-area hotels to quiet north Arlington neighborhoods, the city hosts very different events. Here are a few we plan for.

Entertainment District

Home to AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field and Texas Live!, this area hosts a constant run of corporate gatherings and fan events. Fast installs and planned teardowns matter most here, because the schedule is fixed. Many venues here are busy every night, so same-night teardown is often part of the plan.

UT Arlington area

University events, alumni gatherings and student celebrations happen around campus throughout the year. Outdoor receptions here benefit from walkway lighting and canopies over gathering areas. We coordinate with event organizers on access, load-in and timing, since campus parking and walkways stay busy.

River Legacy area

The large nature park in north Arlington sets a green backdrop for nearby homes and gatherings. Tree lighting and path accents keep the natural look while making evening events comfortable. Large trees in nearby yards make the strongest backdrops, and a single lit canopy can anchor the whole party.

Downtown Arlington

Downtown has grown into a dining and entertainment area, with Levitt Pavilion hosting outdoor concerts. Restaurants and event spaces nearby suit rehearsal dinners and parties under string lighting. Couples and companies like the walkable mix of dining and live music, and lighting helps a rented patio feel private.

Viridian

This north Arlington community is built around lakes and trails. Backyard parties and neighborhood events here pair well with lit trees and soft light along paths near the water. We keep cables secured and away from paths and the water's edge so evening gatherings stay comfortable and easy to walk.

Festivals, Markets and Community Nights

Outdoor festivals and markets need light that covers a lot of ground and keeps people moving. Strands over vendor rows, brighter areas at stages and food lines, and lit paths back to parking make an evening event comfortable and easier to manage.

We work with organizers on layout, power locations and setup windows, and our crews are used to working on public sites with lots of other vendors. Teardown is scheduled so the grounds are clear when the organizer needs them back.

  • Vendor rows under string canopies

  • Stage and sponsor areas lit to stand out

  • Food and seating areas kept bright

  • Walkways back to parking lit

  • Coordinated setup and strike windows

Arlington Event Lighting Cost Factors

Each of these shows up in a proposal, and the site visit sizes them.

Indoor or outdoor setting

Outdoor events need secure anchoring, weather planning and longer cable runs. Indoor venues bring attachment rules and delicate floors or finishes that change the whole approach.

Peak dates on the calendar

Spring and fall wedding weekends and busy December dates fill early. Booking ahead keeps more choices open for crew size, install timing and teardown windows.

Length of the event

A single evening, a weekend festival and a week-long activation each change scheduling, how long the lighting stays on site and whether service visits are needed.

Guest count and floor plan

More guests usually means more tables, wider lawns and more walkways to cover. A seating chart or floor plan helps us size the lighting accurately from the start.

Distance and carry-in

Distance from our Dallas office, crew parking and how far equipment must be carried to the setup area all factor into the plan and the crew size.

Arlington Event Lighting: Common Questions

Have a question we didn’t cover? Call 972-620-9560 or request a free quote online.

Can you work around Arlington game-day traffic?

–

Yes. When an event falls on a game or concert day near the Entertainment District, we plan the install earlier in the day, size the crew for the time available and schedule teardown after the crowds clear. Share the event schedule early so we can plan the route.

What if our outdoor site has limited power?

–

We check outlets and circuits during the site visit and design the layout around what is available. If power is far from the lit area or limited, we explain what the plan needs so you, the venue or your rental company can arrange for it.

Will someone from your team visit the site?

–

Yes. A site visit is how we measure spans, find power, check trees and understand access. It also gives you, your planner or the venue coordinator a chance to walk the space with us and point out exactly what you want lit.

How long does setup take for a large wedding?

–

It depends on the number of zones, tree work and ceiling heights. Simple patio canopies may take a few hours, while large lawns, tents and many lit trees can take most of a day. We set the timing during planning so it fits the venue's window.

Do you serve venues across Dallas-Fort Worth?

–

Yes. We work from our office on Goodnight Lane in Dallas and light events across Dallas-Fort Worth, including Arlington. Travel distance and access are part of the planning, so tell us the venue address when you first reach out and we will plan the trip.

Who installs the lighting?

–

Our own trained crews install and remove the lighting. They are covered by liability insurance and workers' compensation, and they work for a Dallas company whose parent business has been in commercial landscape management since 1978. We do not hand your event to a stranger.

Do you work directly with wedding planners?

–

Yes, and we like it. Planners can handle the scheduling, share the venue floor plan and timeline, and coordinate us with florists, caterers and rental teams. We keep the planner and the couple in the loop on design changes and timing.

When will the lights be installed before our event?

–

Install time is set with you and the venue. Often it is the morning or afternoon of the event, sometimes the day before if the venue allows. We confirm the exact window in writing and arrive at that time, ready to work.

Do you light holiday parties and December events?

–

Yes. Holiday parties are a natural fit for us. We can combine string lighting and uplighting with lit trees, wreaths, garland and planters from our commercial holiday décor work. December books quickly, so call early to hold the date you want.
